We usually reply within 48 working hours. For a connection problem, tell us your technology (fibre, cable, DSL, 4G/5G, satellite), your provider and country, and include a screenshot of your results.
We cannot work on your line: for an outage, contact your provider's support directly.
What you can ask us
- A question about your result: attach a screenshot of your tests, ideally over cable.
- An error in a guide: give the page and the passage. We correct within a few days and show the update date.
- A tool or guide suggestion: every idea is read.
- Partnerships or press: introduce your outlet or project. We do not publish disguised sponsored articles.
- Your data: for any privacy request, first read our privacy policy.
