Testing your Jio Fiber connection
Reliance Jio sells JioFiber, a fibre-to-the-home service with symmetrical plans from 30 Mbps to 1 Gbps, and Jio AirFiber, a 5G fixed wireless service for homes without fibre. Plans often include a fair usage policy (FUP) above which speed is reduced.
This test detects your provider automatically and measures download, upload, ping, jitter and latency under load against the nearest server on Cloudflare's network. Enter your plan speed under the result to see the percentage you really get.

What result should you expect?
On JioFiber over a cable, expect a result close to your plan in both directions and a ping of about 5 to 15 ms to Indian servers. On AirFiber, results depend on the 5G signal at the outdoor or indoor unit.

Common reasons for slow Jio Fiber speeds
- FUP reached: speed drops sharply after the monthly limit; check usage in MyJio.
- Wi-Fi from the Jio router: test over Ethernet first; see fibre slow on Wi-Fi.

Before contacting Jio support
- Restart the Jio router.
- Run wired tests and note download, upload and ping.
- Raise a complaint in the MyJio app with your results.
- If speeds stay below your plan, check for traffic throttling, then contact support with your saved results.
